We understand that sometimes you need to cancel your reservation. When you book with us, you can delete your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure.
Canceling your reservation and getting a refund if you paid online is only possible if the Terms & Conditions allow it and canceling your reservation can only be done automatically via your confirmation email or your Parkos login page.
In general:
- You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your departure, free of charge. If you paid online, you will be fully refunded.
- If you purchased the premium package, you can cancel your booking up to one minute before departure and receive a full refund
Note: it is not possible to cancel your reservation within 24 hours (when booked a base or standard package). This also applies to cancellations within 24h induced by Covid-19 measures or infections.
How to cancel your reservation
You can always cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival at the parking lot. You can submit your cancellation through Manage my booking.
Log in to your Parkos account on our website, enter the email address associated with your reservation and the respective reservation number, then click the 'Sign in' button.
You will now see an overview of your reservation. Scroll down till the end of your reservation and click on ‘Cancel reservation’. In case of a successful cancellation of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you have paid online, you will receive a full refund of your reservation.
You can also cancel your reservation by logging into your Parkos account up to 24 hours before departure by clicking the 'click here to change or cancel your reservation' link in your confirmation email.
