You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival via your confirmation email or your Parkos account.
General cancellation rules:
- You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your arrival, free of charge. If you paid online, you will receive a full refund.
- Only if you have chosen the premium package during the check-out, you can cancel your booking up to one minute before arrival and receive a full refund.
*Cancelling your reservation and getting a refund if you paid online is only possible if the Terms & Conditions allow it.
