Once you have successfully made a booking, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you entered during the booking process. You will receive an automatic confirmation within 5 minutes after completing your booking. If you have not received the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please do the following:
- Check your junk email box (spam), the confirmation email might be in there
- If the confirmation email is not in your spam box, you can resend it to yourself again by clicking the following link:
- You can also print and manage your booking by logging into your Parkos area on our website. Enter your email address and your booking number and then click on ‘Login’ to view your booking
- If you still have not received your confirmation email, you can contact our customer service during our opening times
In the booking confirmation you will find an overview of your personal details and travel information. The confirmation email proves that the parking has received your booking and a parking space is reserved for you for the price you have booked. Please bring the booking confirmation with you on the day of your departure.
