You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before arrival. For example to change your arrival and / or return date.
Modify your reservation
You can manage your booking by logging into your Parkos account on our website. Or by clicking on the 'click here to change or cancel your reservation' link in your confirmation email.
After you make changes to your booking, don’t forget to scroll down to the end of the page and click on ‘Edit reservation’ to confirm the changes. You will receive a new confirmation email. If a refund is required, you will receive a refund within 10 working days.
If you want to make changes to your reservation within 24 hours before arrival, it’s unfortunately not possible to change your reservation yourself online. We advise you to call the car park directly via the number in your confirmation email so they can assist you further.
Please note that it’s not possible to change the parking, the airport, or the payment method on an existing reservation. In this case, we advise you to cancel your reservation and make a new reservation.
