Sometimes you need to cancel your reservation. If you've booked through us, you can cancel your reservation for up to 24 hours before your departure.
How do I cancel my reservation?
You can submit your cancellation using manage my booking. If you'd prefer to cancel your reservation by contacting our customer service team, then please include your reservation number, as well as your BSB and account number when you contact us. You'll be fully refunded when you cancel up to 24 hours before departure. You'll also get an email to confirm the adjustment or cancellation.
If you want to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your departure, then please contact the car park using the phone number in your confirmation email and let them know. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that you'll get a refund in this case because the car park doesn't accept cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
