When you book through us, we'll save your reservation in our system. This means your reservation won't get lost if we have a technical issue.
We'll tell the car park that you've got a reservation, meaning that your space will be made available for you. All of this is done automatically.
You'll get a confirmation email
When the reservation has been completed, you'lll get a confirmation email in about five to ten minutes. Here you'll find your personal data, vehicle details and reservation dates. This email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
This email will be the confirmation for the parking provider that you have booked, so you should always print it off and take the confirmation email with you. If something is incorrect on the confirmation email, or you're not sure that your reservation has been successful, then please contact our customer service department.
