If you're not sure about how to get to the car park you've booked, then we've provided a link with a route description in your confirmation email. You'll be able to create a complete step-by-step route from your departure location. You can print off this route, as well as your confirmation email, which has the address and phone number of the parking provider on it. If you can't find the car park, then you can easily contact them.
Another route planner that you can use is Google Maps. In your confirmation email, you'll always find the address of the car park, which you can program into your SatNav, but make sure that your SatNav has the latest version installed.
If you've booked valet parking, you'll need to drive yourself to the airport. Please call the car park about 30 minutes before you're due to arrive so they can arrange to meet you there. Their phone number can be found in your confirmation email. A car park staff member will give you detailed instructions about where you need to go.
