Most of our car parking providers have special parking spaces for disabled or impaired customers. A shuttle bus will drive you to the airport. Unfortunately, the shuttle buses are not able to accept passengers in wheelchairs. In this case, we recommend that you book valet parking, where you drop off your car at the departures hall and a car park staff member will meet you and then park the car for you. When you return to the airport, a car park staff member will return your car to the arrivals hall and you can continue your journey. This means that you don't need to organise transport between the car park and the airport.
Airports provide several services and facilties for disabled and impaired passengers, they are all fully wheelchair accessible and will have disabled toilets. There is also the option to borrow a wheelchair at the airport, as well as requesting personal assistance before and after your journey. You will need to inform the airport in advance of your journey so that help is ready for you on your arrival.
