You've handed in your car keys in good faith and you're ready to drive home after your trip. If you realise that your car has been damaged, it can be very frustrating and disappointing. Many of our car park providers check the condition of your car on arrival and when you leave. If this isn't the case, we advise you to do this yourself together with a car park staff member.
Always report the damage to the car park and ask for them to confirm it. If you don't do this then it means that you can't prove that the damage happened in the car park. There might be several reasons for why the damage occured, but when it isn't possible to confirm the cause of the damage, then there's a possibility that it might not get reimbursed. You should contact your insurance company to get some help and advice on the handling of your claim.
As Parkos does not operate any of the parking locations, the decision for any reimbursement isn't ours to make. The car parking provider needs to make the decision. It goes without saying that we'll be more than happy to assist you with the processing of your damage claim.
