Of course sometimes you need to change your arrival or departure times. If you book through us, you can change your reservation easily.
How do you change your reservation?
Changing a reservation is possible with all of our car park providers, even if you want to park for less days than you originally booked for.
Up to 24 hours prior to departure, you can change your booking by clicking on manage my booking, or by contacting customer service by email. When contacting customer service, please keep your reservation number to hand, so that we can help you more quickly. You can find your reservation number in your confirmation email.
If you want to cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your departure, then please contact the car park and let them know.
