If you have entered incorrect information at the time of booking or you wish to change your arrival and/or departure dates, it is no problem. After booking, you are able to make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before departure.
Modify your reservation
With Parkos, you can change or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before departure. It is also possible to modify your parking duration if you want to leave your car for more or fewer days than originally planned.
Log in to your Parkos account on our website, enter the email address associated with your reservation and reservation number, then click the login button.
Now you will see an overview of your reservation. Scroll down to the end of your reservation and click on ‘Edit reservation’. After changing your reservation successfully, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a refund within five working days, if a refund is required.
You can also login to your Parkos account and change your reservation up to 24 hours before your departure using the 'click here to change or cancel your reservation' link in your confirmation email.
If you want to make a change to your reservation within 24 hours before departure, it is no longer possible to change your reservation online. We advise you to call the parking lot via the number in your confirmation email and they will help you.
Please note that it is not possible to change the parking, the airport, or the payment method on an existing reservation. In this case we advise you to cancel your reservation and make a new reservation from our website.
