Of course it's possible that you need to change your arrival or departure information. When booking through us, you can change your reservation and, in most cases, cancel.
Change your reservation?
Changing a reservation is possible with all parking providers, this is also the case if you wish to park for less days.
Up to 24 hours prior to departure, you can change your booking through manage my booking, or by contacting customer service by phone, email or chat. When contacting customer service, please keep your reservation number to hand, so that we can quickly assist you. You can find your reservation number in your confirmation email.
Cancel your reservation?
Not every parking provider accepts cancellations, though for most it isn't an issue. The time up to which you can cancel your reservation depends on the parking provider.
You can submit your cancellation through manage my booking. If you prefer to cancel your reservation through customer service, then please keep your reservation number to hand, as well as your IBAN-number. You will be refunded when cancelling up to 24 hours prior to departure. You will receive an email to confirm the adjustment or cancellation.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of departure, then please contact the parking provider and inform them accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund.
