Shuttle parking
You can change the car or license plate via your Parkos account or through your confirmation email. If you did not submit a registration number at the time of booking, then there is nothing to be changed and you can drive straight to the car park.
Valet parking
In case you have booked valet parking, it is important that you inform us or the provider regarding the vehicle changes, as the driver will be looking out for your car at the meeting point. Please change the license plate via your Parkos account or through your confirmation email. If it is no longer possible to modify your booking, call the parking provider to inform them of the vehicle changes. You can find the contact details in your booking confirmation.
