After selecting your desired parking provider and spot, all possible payment methods will be displayed at the bottom of your booking form. You can pay your reservation either online or on-site. Not every parking provider offers the same payment options. Some providers allow you to pay a part of your payment online and the rest on-site. Others require the full payment upfront. Nevertheless, if you would like to change or cancel your reservation, this can be done free of charge and with a full automatic refund within 24 hours prior to your reservation date.
Online payment methods
You can pay online, using a Debit or Credit card. We accept various credit cards, such as Mastercard, American Express, and Visa. This method of payment is processed at the time of the booking, once you confirm your personal details and the period you want to book a parking space. Another online payment method that we offer is the transaction via PayPal.
Security and transparency while making online payments are very important. At Parkos we do our absolute best to make payments as secure as possible. Your payment details, such as credit card numbers, are never stored at Parkos. The information exchange takes place exclusively between you and your bank.
On-site payments
Not all of our providers offer on-site cash or card payments. Make sure to check the payment options in your booking form to find out if your chosen provider offers on-site payments. Some providers do offer cash or card payments while others may only accept Debit/Credit. For your reservation it does not matter whether you pay online or on-site. After a successful booking, you will always receive a booking confirmation.
