When returning from the airport and discovering that your car has been damaged, you must report this directly to a staff member at the car park, and ask for a written confirmation of the damage.
Please beware: if you do not report the damage directly on-site, it can no longer be proven that the damage occurred on the premises of the parking provider and you will most likely not be reimbursed for the damages. Furthermore, we recommend contacting your insurance company for advice on handling your damage claim.
Many parking providers check the condition of your car when you arrive and before you leave. In case, the provider does not give you a vehicle handover protocol, we advise you to take detailed photos of your car before leaving and check for damage immediately after your return.
As Parkos does not own or operate the parking locations, the decision for any reimbursement is not ours to make. Any damage reimbursements are handled by the parking provider. You can find the contact information in your confirmation email.
