When making a reservation on our website, the available payment methods for your selected provider are always indicated at the bottom of the reservation form. If a certain payment method is not displayed, it is unfortunately not possible to pay the parking via the respective payment method. Not every parking provider offers the same payment options. For example, it may occur that a parking provider accepts only debit/credit transactions, while another parking provider only accepts cash payments.
You can simply pay for your Parkos reservation online by:
- credit card
- debit card
When paying in advance on our website, you do not have to worry about carrying cash with you or finding an ATM at the last minute.
I have paid in online and want to cancel
If you have reserved a parking space that you would like to cancel, this can be done on our website up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. Cancellation can be done via the link in your booking confirmation or via customer service. If you have already paid your reservation in advance, you will receive an automatic refund directly to your bank account.
Note: you can cancel with most parking providers, but unfortunately this is not possible with every parking provider and will not guarantee a full refund.
