When you book with one of our parking providers, the available payment methods are always indicated. You can find this at the bottom of the reservation form. If a certain payment method does not exist, it is unfortunately not possible to pay in this way at the parking. Not every parking provider offers the same payment options. Look carefully at the available payment options, so you will not be surprised. For example, it may occur that a parking provider accepts only debit/credit transactions, while another parking provider only accepts cash payments. Although most payments are in advance via Parkos, some parking providers prefer payment on-site.
You can pay with us online by credit card, debit card or PayPal. If you pay in advance with us, you do not have to worry about whether you have cash with you or finding an ATM.
I have paid in advance and want to cancel.
You have reserved your parking space and still want to cancel? This is possible with us, provided you inform us up to 24 hours in advance that you wish to cancel your reservation. Cancellation can be done via the link in your booking confirmation or via customer service. In this case you will receive the amount refunded directly to your bank account. Note: you can cancel with most parking providers, but unfortunately this is not possible with every parking provider and will not guarantee a full refund.
