You can easily modify details like your arrival or return dates, car model, or license plate. Changes can be made by all customers, regardless of the package type (Base, Standard, or Premium), as long as they are done in advance.
More than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival:
You can freely change your booking details online. You have two quick ways to do this:
- Via your Parkos account: Log in, update your details, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click ‘Edit reservation’ to confirm.
- Via your confirmation email: Click on the 'Change Booking' link.

What happens next? You will automatically receive a new confirmation email with your updated details.
Please note that prices on our website are dynamic. If you change your dates or times, the rate may vary depending on the parking’s new availability. If your change results in a price difference and a refund is required, the amount will be credited back to you within 10 working days.
Less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival:
Online changes are no longer available for any booking type within 24 hours of your arrival time.
In this case, please contact the parking provider (you can find their contacts in your confirmation email) to inform them of your new arrival time. This ensures a smooth process for your car pickup, shuttle service, or valet service. Once your scheduled arrival time has passed, no changes can be made under any circumstances.
Please note that
- Extra fees may apply in case of later arrival depending on the provider you selected. The final costs will be settled through a direct arrangement between you and the parking company.
- Please note that refunds are not guaranteed. However, to discuss the possibilities, please contact your travel insurance provider.
Important
Before you proceed, please keep in mind that some details cannot be edited:
- Non-changeable details: It is not possible to change the parking provider, the airport, or the payment method on an existing booking.
- If you need to change any of these three details, you will need to cancel your current booking and make a new one. Please note that this is subject to your package's cancellation policy and the time of your request.
