If your payment fails, try one of these solutions:

- Try to book again via another device such as your PC, laptop or tablet. Otherwise, we suggest using a different browser
- Contact the card issuer or your bank for further assistance in case you ran out of credit or have changed security settings for online payments
Booking not successful?
If the booking still does not succeed, we recommend you to choose another payment method. You can filter the payment methods on the offer comparison page. When a payment is successful, you will receive the confirmation email within a few seconds after completing your booking.
