At Parkos you can pay for your parking space either online or in cash on site. Once you have selected your desired parking space, you can see which payment methods are accepted.
In case of an offer with online payment, you can pay directly when completing your booking. You can choose between payment via PayPal, credit card, direct debit and other options.
Please note that your booking was only successful when you receive a booking confirmation by email. You can find more information about it here.
If your payment fails, this may be due to the following reason:
- Not all data has been entered correctly. Please make sure that all fields of the booking form have been filled in
- You have tried to make the reservation from your smartphone. If the booking was not successful, we recommend you to try it again from your PC, laptop or tablet. Otherwise, using a different browser could help as well
- The problem is related to the card used. It might be the case that the problem is related to the card or account used at the time of booking. You may have run out of credit or changed some security settings for online payments. In this case, we recommend that you contact the card issuer or your bank for further assistance
The booking does not work?
If the booking is still not successful, we recommend you to choose another payment method. You can filter the payment methods on the offer comparison page. Here, you can select to only show offers with cash payment on site.
If a payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes.
